摘　　要：君子文化是中华传统文化的优秀基因,加强大学生个人思想品德教育与弘扬传统君子文化的精神内核和实践价值具有内在的一致性。君子人格是个人道德的理想形象,君子修养是个人道德修养的理想途径,君子境界是个人道德境界的理想追求。倡导君子之风,塑造君子人格,既可增强大学生对优秀传统文化的认知,又可加深大学生对个人品德修养的理解,提高个人道德修养的自觉性,激发大学生对道德境界的追求。Junzi culture is an excellent gene of traditional Chinese culture. To strengthen the ideological and moral education of college students is consistent with the spirit and practice of the traditional Junzi culture. Junzi＇s personality is the ideal image of morality, their cultivation being an ideal way of moral cultivation, and their state of mind being an ideal pursuit of moral realm. Promoting Junzi＇s style and shaping their personality will not only enhance the students＇ understanding of the excellent traditional culture, but also deepen their understanding of moral cultivation, improve the consciousness of moral cultivation, and stimulate their pursuit of moral realm.
