摘　　要：本文主要介绍了非调质钢锻件定制技术的开发和应用。结果表明,采用非调质钢锻件定制技术可以解决截面积差较大锻件的强度和硬度差问题,为扩大非调质钢在汽车上的应用范围奠定了坚实的基础。In this article,the development and application of customized technology for NQT（ non-quenching and tempering） steel are mainly introduced. The results show that the difference between strength and hardness of NQT steels forging with larger cross area difference can be solved by customized technology,which laies a solid foundation for expanding the applited range to the automobile.
