摘  要:[目的]了解南通市郊基地生产的蔬菜的重金属含量和安全状况。[方法]对南通市郊基地主要生产的豆类、瓜类、绿叶菜类、白菜类、甘蓝类和茄果类6种农产品进行砷、铅、镉、汞4种重金属含量检测,并采用单因子污染指数法及综合污染指数法对重金属污染等级及污染水平进行评价,判断其食用安全性。[结果]试验表明,南通市郊基地6类农产品中重金属铅、镉平均值最高的均为叶菜类,瓜类和豆类的重金属含量最低;农产品的重金属单因子污染指数和综合污染指数均未超过1,污染等级为"安全级",污染水平处于"清洁",食用安全性良好。[结论]研究可为此类基地农产品质量安全评价提供依据,也为深入研究重金属污染来源及富集、转移规律提供参考。[Objective] To investigate the heavy metal contents and safety status of vegetable in planting base of Suburban Nantong. [Method]Pb,Cd,As and Hg contents in six agricultural products were detected,which were in legume vegetables,cucurbits,green leaf vegetables,cabbages,kale vegetables,and Solanaceous vegetables. Both single factor pollution index method and compound factor pollution index method were used to evaluate the pollution degree and level of heavy mental pollutants,and to judge the edible level accordingly. [Result]Green leaf vegetables had the maximum contents of Pb and Cd among the six agricultural products in planting base of Suburban Nantong. Cucurbits and legume vegetables had the minimum contents of heavy metal. Neither single factor pollution index nor compound factor pollution index was above 1. The pollution degree fell to"safe"grade,the pollution level stayed at"clean"grade and the edible level was sound and safe. [Conclusion]This research provides references for the quality safety evaluation of agricultural products in planting base,and the research on the source,enrichment of transfer rule of heavy metal pollution.
