摘 要:目的探究大学生自杀"守门人"培训对受训者自杀预防知识、态度和干预技能的影响,以期为探索预防大学生自杀的方法提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,运用大学生自杀"守门人"培训效果评估问卷对广州某大学65名大学宿舍长(实验组32人,对照组33人)进行调查,使用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果培训前,实验组与对照组各指标得分差异均无统计学意义。培训后,实验组大学生的各项指标得分均高于培训前(P值均<0.05),且在自杀预防知识[实验组(23.75±4.59)分,对照组(15.06±3.72)分]、自杀征兆识别[实验组(4.88±1.24)分,对照组(3.03±1.33)分]、自我胜任感[实验组(25.75±2.65)分,对照组(21.27±2.34)分]、干预可能性[实验组(25.88±2.34)分,对照组(23.79±3.03)分]和综合效能[实验组(10.94±1.97)分,对照组(9.48±2.08)分]等5个方面的得分均高于对照组大学生(F值分别为8.41,5.77,7.23,3.10,2.89,P值均<0.01)。结论自杀"守门人"培训让大学生在自杀预防知识、自杀征兆识别、自我胜任感、干预可能性和综合效能等方面都得到提升,自杀"守门人"培训对受训者的知识、态度和干预技能有积极的影响。Objective To investigate how the college students' suicide gatekeeper training influence trainees' suicide prevention knowledge, attitudes and intervention skills so as to provide reference for exploring new method to prevent college students' suicide. Methods In a randomized controlled trail( RCT), we used College Students Suicide Gatekeeper Training Effectiveness Evaluation Questionnaire to investigate 65 college students( 32 students in experimental group; 33 students in control group). SPSS 19.0 statistical software was utilized for data analysis. Results After the training, the scores of suicide prevention knowledge( experimental group: 23.75±4.59, control group: 15.06±3.72), suicide symptom recognition( experimental group: 4.88± 1.24, control group: 3.03±1.33), self-efficacy( experimental group: 25.75±2.65, control group: 21.27±2.34), the possibility of intervention( experimental group: 25.88±2.34, control group: 23.79±3.03) and overall efficacy( experimental group: 10.94±1.71,control group: 9.48 ± 2. 08) in the experiment group were significantly higher than college students in control group( F = 78. 99,37.83, 52.99, 13.55, 7.15, P〈0.01). Conclusion College students suicide gatekeeper training significantly improved the level of suicide prevention knowledge,suicide symptom recognition,self-efficacy, the possibility of intervention and overall efficacy, and it also could positively affect the trainees' suicide prevention knowledge, attitudes and intervention skills.
