摘 要:目的评价模拟手术室仿真模拟训练系统在外科临床技能教学中应用的效果。方法对59名在模拟手术室应用仿真模拟教具接受外科基本操作训练的五年制本科医学生,进行考核评分,将考核成绩和既往61名未接受过模拟教学训练学习外科基本操作的五年制本科学生进行比较,并分析两组学生对外科基本操作培训的反馈意见评分。结果模拟教学组打结质量、缝合质量、拆线质量及技能考核总分得分均高于传统教学组,两组得分比较有显著性差异。两组学生对外科基本操作培训反馈意见进行评分,学习兴趣、课程内容及教师表现这两部分内容得分存在显著性差异。结论仿真模拟训练能激发中医本科生对外科操作技能的学习兴趣,对规范外科基本技术的培养与能力提升有明显效果,加深了学生的临床技能的掌握程度,而对教师的教学方法改进也有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the application effect of simulated training system of the simulation operatingroom in the teaching of surgical clinical skills. Methods 59 students of the five- year medical program whoreceived the simulated training were examined and graded. Their results of rating were compared with the scores ofanother 61 students who did not receive such simulated training. Feedback opinions from these two groups werecollected and analyzed. Results Students in the simulation training group did better in knot tying, stitching, stitchremoving. They also scored higher with statistical significance on skill assessment than students in the traditionalteaching group. Conclusion Simulated training can stimulate students' interest in surgical operation skill learning,can bring obvious effect in terms of standardizing cultivation of surgical basic skills and ability improvement. Suchtraining can not only help deepen students' degree of mastering clinical skills, but it can also help promoteteachers' reform of teaching methods.
