院外移动监护定位系统的研究

摘　　要：目的:患者离院后,使各种监护数据能够实时传输回医院,在不影响患者生活的前提下实现各种监护参数的测量、传输、存储、分析和共享。方法:系统采用4G传输模块把采集终端实时采集的患者生理信息,连同患者的位置信息一起发送到移动网络,再传输到Internet;数据中心实现监护数据和全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)数据的接收、处理、显示及Google地图标记功能,同时通过医院局域网络与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)相连,实现数据共享。结果:实验证明,在实现对患者实时有效监护的同时,较好地克服了住院监护带来的不便。结论:该系统提高了患者的生活质量,节省了公共卫生资源,具有较高的实际应用价值。Objective To measure, transmit, store, analyze and share vital signs data at real time after the patient is discharged from the hospital and to keep the patient non-influenced in daily life. Methods The 4G transmitting module in the system transmitted the patients real-time physiological data and location data collected by the monitors to 4G mobile networks, then to the internet. Through socket and muhithreading program, the server program actualized the following functions： medical treatment and GPS data＇s receiving, disposing, displaying and marking on the Google Earth map. At the same time, information sharing was implemented by connecting hospitals＂ LAN （local area network） and HIS. Results Experiments showed that this system overcame the inconvenience of hospitalization care of the patients. Conclusion The system improves the quality of life at the same time, saves the public health resources, and has high practical values.
