白内障术后出现角膜上皮糜烂与睑板腺功能障碍相关性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的回顾性研究白内障术后发生角膜上皮糜烂与睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的关系。方法对2014年1月至2015年4月期间在湖北省孝感市中心医院眼科行单眼白内障术后出现角膜上皮糜烂的23例患者作为观察组,进行手术眼MGD评分,并对其对侧眼进行MGD评分,两者比较;另外抽取同期23例行单眼白内障手术未发生角膜上皮糜烂患者术眼作为对照组进行MGD评分。结果观察组手术眼与非手术眼MGD评分无明显差异性;观察组手术眼与对照组手术眼MGD评分有差异性。结论白内障术后出现角膜上皮糜烂的患者存在MGD的问题并且可能手术之前即存在MGD的问题,要重视白内障术前MGD问题,采取有效措施减少角膜上皮糜烂的发生。Objective This retrospective study investigated the correlation between corneal epithelial defects after cataract surgery and meibomian gland dysfunction（ MGD）. Methods Twenty-three patients with corneal epithelial defects after single cataract operation in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were studied. Degree of MGD was graded in the operated eye and compared with the fellow eye. Another 23 patients with no corneal epithelial defects after single cataract surgery during same period were selected as control group. Results There was no significant difference between the operated eyes and fellow eyes in the observation group. But the difference was statistically significant between the operated eyes of observation group and control group. Conclusions Patients with corneal epithelial defects after cataract surgery may suffer from MGD even before the surgery. Pre-operative screening of MGD and effective measures should be taken before,during and after surgery,so that the occurrence of corneal epithelial defects can be reduced.
