倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗泪道阻塞的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨倍频Nd：YAG泪道激光治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法应用KTP激光治疗机对312例（345只眼）Munk分级为2~5级的泪道阻塞患者进行激光治疗,激光后定期冲洗泪道并随访6个月。结果激光治疗后随访6个月,治愈77只眼,好转203只眼,总有效率81.16%。随着Munk分级的增加,治愈率和有效率均呈递减趋势,治愈率与分组呈负相关。单纯性泪道阻塞的治疗有效率（87.50%）高于复杂性泪道阻塞的治疗有效率（64.95%）。结论 KTP激光治疗泪道阻塞的有效率高、操作简便、易于接受,能有效改善患者的泪溢情况。但随着阻塞程度增加或症状的加重,治疗的有效率降低。Objective To investigate the effect of treating lacrimal duct obstruction with KTP laser. Methods312 patients（ 345 eyes） with lacrimal duct obstruction of Munk 2 ~ 5 grade were treated by KTP laser. Irrigating lacrimal duct regularly was performed within 6 months after the treatment. Results After followed up 6 months,epiphora of 77 eyes was disappear,the symptom of 203 eyes was alleviated,and the total effective rate is 81. 16%. With the increase of Munk grade,the cure rate and the effective rate showed a decreasing trend,and the cure rate was negatively correlated with the grouping. The effective rate of the simple lacrimal duct obstruction（ 87. 50%） is higher than that of the complex lacrimal duct obstruction（ 64. 95%）. Conclusion KTP laser treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction with its high effective rate,simple operation,easy to accept,can effectively improve the patients＇ condition of epiphora. However,the effective rate decreases with the increase of the degree of obstruction or symptoms.
