Y-V成形联合重睑术矫正内眦赘皮合并内眦间距增宽疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察Y-V成形联合重睑术对内眦赘皮合并眼距增宽的疗效。方法将内眦部Y-V切口延长至下睑缘内侧,通过彻底松解局部错构的眼轮匝肌,充分显露内眦韧带前支鼻侧骨膜止点,将其与内眦韧带起点缝合,缩短内眦韧带,矫正内眦赘皮,并同期行双眼重睑成形术。结果临床应用40例,随访半年以上,内眦赘皮矫正效果良好,内眦间距缩短、眼型自然美观,切口瘢痕不明显。结论 Y-V成形内眦赘皮矫正同期行切开重睑术,疗效明确,切口更加隐蔽、恢复快,对内眦赘皮合并眼距增宽的患者有较好疗效,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of Y-V formation combined with double eyelidplasty to correct internal epicanthus with widened inner canthal distance. Methods Canthus Y-V notch was extended to the inside of the lower eyelid to completely release disorganized local orbicularis muscle,and to fully expose attach point nasal canthus ligament anterior branch,which was designated as starting point for the inner canthal ligament suture. Inner canthal ligament was then shortened by suturing to its attach point in order to correct epicanthus. Double eyelidplasty was done concurrently. Results Forty patients who received the surgery were followed up for more than six months. Epicanthus was corrected,canthal distance was reduced,and desired natural-looking eye appearance was achieved without obvious scar. Conclusions Y-V formation and double eyelidplasty is the effective way to correct epicanthus and widened canthal distance. This method is minimally invasive and Results in faster recovery. It is worthy of clinical application.
