摘  要:本研究采用自编的幼儿教师流动状况调查问卷、生活满意度量表和情感量表对武汉地区12所幼儿园的181名教师进行调查。结果发现:幼儿教师流动与主观幸福感呈中等相关,幼儿教师的总体主观幸福感呈中等偏下水平,幼儿教师流动意愿普遍偏高;不同园所性质、年龄、教龄、学历的幼儿教师的流动率有显著差异。In this study, we used the self compiled questionnaire, life satisfaction scale and emotional scale to investigate 181 preschool teachers in twelve kindergartens in Wuhan. The results showed that: The preschool teachers' flow had a Medium correlation with their subjective well-being;Preschool teachers' whole subjective well being was at a lower-middle level; The fact was that preschool teachers' whole flow will was generally high;There were significant differences in the preschool teachers' flow rate with different kindergarten characteristics, age, seniority, education.
