摘　　要：专门的高校涉法事务处理机构是实施平安校园、依法治校建设的载体。国内探索与创新高校涉法事务处理工作10年来,高校涉法事务处理机构的组织模式多种多样、不拘一格,比如,聘请法律顾问、成立法律咨询专家小组,但在总体上,高校涉法事务处理机构建设和运行缺乏制度规范、理论指导和实践创新,导致在实际工作中作用发挥不大,而且,很少有高校设立专门的涉法事务处理机构。因此,有必要重新摸排、审视我国高校依法治校以及涉法事务处理机构设置模式,在全国建立起统一的符合我国国情和教育特色的高校涉法事务处理机构及运行模式,为平安校园建设及依法治校建设提供强有力的保障。Specialized law agency in university is a carrier for the implementation of a safe campus, and law school building. For decades, we explore and innovate the method about law agency which has more organizations, For example, to hire legal adviser 、to established expert advisory group, but in general, university law matters involving the construction and operation process means lack of institutional norms, theoretical guidance and practical innovation, resulting in the actual work is not play the role, and there is little Universities involved in the creation of specialized law transaction processing mechanism. It is necessary to review our universities＇ mode about the rule of law and dealing of law, our country is necessary to establish a specialized law agency which must be unified with China＇s education and national conditions, and this agency should be a strong guarantee for the rule of law in university.
