基于中澳合作办学项目的国际经贸人才培养模式构建——以上海对外经贸大学国际经贸学院为例

摘　　要：对外贸易的快速发展进一步促进了国际经贸人才的需求,也加剧了人才竞争。国内高校国际经贸人才培养目标,主要有应用型和研究型两大类。上海对外经贸大学国际经贸人才培养模式以应用型目标为主。依托中澳合作办学项目,重新设计培养模式,将进一步增强上海对外经贸大学国际经贸人才的竞争优势。The rapid development of foreign trade not only promotes the demand for the talent who has good knowledge in international economy and trade,but also intensifies the competition for the talent. There are mainly two types of training programs for international economy and trade talent in China： the practice-oriented and the research-oriented. International economy and trade training program in SUIBE is practice-oriented. Based on the Sino-Australian joint program,re-designing its training model will enhance the competitive advantage of SUIBE graduates in international economics and trade.
