摘  要:目的检测卵巢癌患者外周血中循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)与肿瘤复发转移的相关性。方法采集50例卵巢癌患者的外周血,应用密度梯度离心联合上皮细胞黏附分子免疫磁珠富集法检测外周血中的CTCs的数目,并比较其与患者临床特征之间的关系。结果 50例卵巢癌患者中32例为CTCs阳性,CTCs阳性与远处转移(P<0.05)和复发密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 CTCs可以预测卵巢癌远处转移和复发。Objective To determine the relationship between circulating tumor cells(CTCs) of ovarian cancer in the peripheral blood and tumor recurrence and metastasis. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from50 ovarian cancer patients. Density gradient centrifugation in combination with epithelial cell adhesion molecule im-munomagnetic enrichment was used to determine the number of CTCs in the peripheral blood. The findings were compared with clinical characteristics of the patients. Results Of 50 patients with ovarian cancer, 32 were CTC-positive. Positive CTCs were closely correlated with distant metastasis(P〈0.05) and tumor recurrence(P〈0.05), but not with gender, age, tumor location, TNM stage, tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis(all P〉0.05). Conclusion CTCs may predict metastasis and recurrenceof ovarian cancer.
