五种牙本质粘接剂对乳牙牙本质边缘封闭性的比较

摘　　要：目的检测5种牙本质粘接剂对乳牙牙本质的粘接性能,为牙本质粘接剂的临床使用提供依据。方法将50颗因滞留而拔除的乳前牙按随机数表法分为5组,每组10颗。用棒状金刚砂车针EX-41在唇面中1/3处制备约直径1.5mm、深1mm的Ⅰ类洞,各组分别使用FL-BondⅡ、Clearfil Protect Bond、Clearfil SE Bond、AdperTM Easy One和AdperTMSingle Bond 2,每组分别按说明进行粘接,树脂充填。冷热循环5000次,体视镜下观察充填物边缘染料渗入的深度、分级进行统计。结果各组均发生微渗漏,各组间微渗漏程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AdperTMEasy One组的边缘封闭性与其他4组相同,由于操作简便更适用于儿童乳牙的粘接。Objective To evaluate the microleakage of five dentin adhesives for primary dentin. Methods Fifty intact primary anterior teeth were selected and divided into five groups randomly. ClassⅠcavity was prepared in the labial surface. The five groups were treated with FL-BondⅡ（ group A）,Clearfil Protect Bond（ group B）,Clearfil SE Bond（ group C）,AdperTMEasy One（ group D）,and Adper^TMSingle Bond 2（ group E）,respectively. All samples were subjected to thermocycling for 5000 times. Stereomicroscope was used to observe and calculate the microleakage.Results Microleakage occurred in all five groups. There were no statistical differences in the degree of microleakage among the five groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The microleakage of AdperTMEasy One is equivalent to other four adhesives,and is more suitable for primary dentin bonding because of simple operation.
