摘　　要：目的研究用重组人β防御素-3(r HBD3)溶液浸泡消毒赝复硅橡胶材料2个月后,是否会对硅橡胶材料的色差产生影响。方法将制作好的内、外着色组的赝复硅橡胶试件浸泡在25μg/ml的r HBD3溶液中2个月后,在D65光源下利用SCT-DI 2000 for windows软件将测试后的数据保存为CIELAB颜色系统。结果各组试件与自身作对照的△E值均<2。在分光光度计的不同波长下,硅橡胶试件浸泡前后的颜色变化相近。结论采用r HBD3浸泡消毒赝复体的方式在一定时间内不会引起赝复体色泽的明显改变。Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human β defensin-3（ r HBD3） on the color stability of silicone elastomer prostheses. Methods Inner and outer colored silicone prosthesis specimens were immersed in 25μg /ml r HBD3 solution for 2 months. The data were saved as CIELAB color system by SCT-DI 2000 for windows software under the D65 light source. Results △E of each specimen was less than 2 comparing with their baseline. The color of the specimens did not change significantly after immersion at different wavelengths of spectrophotometer. Conclusion There was no significant changes of the color of silicone elastomer prosthesis immersed in r HBD3 for a certain period of time.
