摘　　要：政治沟通是人类所有政治行为的前提和基础,处在整个政治系统中的核心位置。随着互联网时代的到来,网络政治沟通应时而生。作为政治沟通中的新分支、新现象,我们要看到它与传统政治沟通的不同,充分了解和认识到这一新事物的特征、优势及其弊端;更要抓住社会发展趋势,顺应潮流,充分利用网络自身的特点及其优势,创新政府公共管理理念和管理体制,使政府与民众之间做到良好的沟通互动,促进政治系统的有效运作,从而推动中国民主政治制度的建设和发展,促进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。Political communication is the precondition and foundation of all the humans political behaviors, and it is the core of the whole political system. With the coming of the network age, it is natural to generate the Internet-mediated political communication. As a new brand of the political communication, it makes some difference from the traditional political commu- nication. We should know this innovation totally, including its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. In addition, we also need to grasp the trend of the social development to innovate the ideas and system of government public management. Therefore, it will lead to the good communication between the government and the public, accelerate the effective operation of political system, and push the construction and development of Chinese democratic political system toward the goal for the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
