摘　　要：徽州文化生态保护区的设立,特别是《徽州文化生态保护区总体规划》的颁布及其近期建设规划的实施,使保护区非物质文化遗产保护与传承取得了显著的成绩,但也存在不少问题,这些问题如不及时解决,将严重影响十三五期间保护区非遗保护工作走向新水平。有针对性地加强相关制度和机制的建设与完善,是解决目前保护区中存在的问题的有效途径。As Huizhou cultural and ecological protection zone is set up, especially the implementation of the promulgation of the ＂overall planning of Huizhou cultural and ecological protection zone＂ and the recent construction plan, the reservation of intangible cultural heritage protection has made remarkable achievements, but there are many problems, if not solved in time, they will seriously affect improving the reservation of intangible cultural heritage protection work to a new level during the 13th five-year plan. It is an effective way to solve the existed problems in the protection area, to strengthen the construc- tion and improvement of the relevant systems and mechanisms,
