内镜下氩离子凝固治疗对食管狭窄患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的了解内镜下氩离子凝固治疗食管狭窄对患者生活质量的影响。方法采用食管专用量表和对在该院进行内镜下氩离子凝固治疗的食管狭窄患者46例,分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月进行生活质量评估。结果氩离子凝固治疗患者生活质量显著提高,吞咽困难症状明显改善,梗阻和进食等症状方面均有显著改善。结论氩离子凝固治疗能有效改善食管狭窄患者的吞咽困难和梗阻等症状,显著患者的生活质量。Objective To understand the impact of endoscopic argon ion coagulation treatment of esophageal stenosis patients on quality of the life.Methods A survey was performed in order to evaluate the quality of life of 46 cases of esophageal stenosis patients with special scale by using endoscopic argon ion coagulation in the treatment 3 months before and after.Results Argon ion coagulation treatment for patients＇ quality of life improved significantly,dysphagia symptom obviously improved,the symptom such as obstruction and eating aspects were also improved significantly.Conclusion Argon ion coagulation treatment can effectively improve esophageal stenosis in patients with dysphagia on obstruction and other symptoms,improve the patients＇ quality of life significantly.
