摘  要:目的研究加锌膳食纤维对烫伤休克大鼠肠道血流动力学的影响。方法选择健康Wistar大鼠80只,雌雄各半,体重(200±20)g,自制Ⅲ度30%体表面积(TBSA)烫伤模型,将大鼠随机分为四组:A组(单纯烫伤组);B组(烫伤+膳食纤维组);C组(烫伤+锌+膳食纤维组);D组(对照组)。每组每个时间点(6h、12h、24h、48h、72h5个时间点)8只动物。对比四组的动脉平均压(MAP)、腹部经皮氧分压(PtcO_2)、肠黏膜血流量。结果动脉平均压(MAP)、心率(HR)与对比组比较,B、C二组的情况明显降低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,A组变化不明显,P>0.05,无统计学意义;腹部经皮氧分压PtcO2、肠黏膜血流量与对比组比较,B、C二组的情况明显升高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,A组变化不明显,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论烫伤早期应用加锌膳食纤维改善烫伤大鼠的循环状态,对早期的休克进行纠正,以此增加肠黏膜的血流量。ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Zinc dietary fiber on intestinal hemodynamics for burn shock rats.Methods Totally 80 healthy Wistar rats were selected,half male and half female,body weight(200±20)g,homemadeⅢ degree of 30% body surface area(TBSA)burn model was established.All rats were randomly divided into four groups,group A(alone scald group),group B(scald plus dietary fiber),group C(scald plus Zn and dietary fiber),group D(control group).There were 8 animals in each group at each time point(6 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours 5 time points).The mean arterial pressure(MAP),abdominal transcutaneous oxygen pressure(PtcO2)and blood flow of intestinal mucosal were compared among 4 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)in group B and group C were significantly reduced,P〈0.05,but they didn't change significantly in group A,P〉0.05.Abdominal transcutaneous oxygen PtcO2 and intestinal mucosal blood flow of group B and C,contrast control group,were significantly higher situation,P〈0.05,while in group A didn't change significantly,P〉0.05.Conclusion Early applications Zinc dietary fiber can improve circulation of scalded rats,correct early shock,and can increase blood flow to the intestinal mucosa.
