摘　　要：为适应学院教学转型需要、提高预警指挥专业人才培养质量,分析了当前军事运筹学课程建设存在的问题与不足;结合军事运筹学课程的特点规律,从教育理念、教学内容、教学方法和教学组建设等方面探讨了课程建设改革的措施,对提升军事运筹学课程建设水平具有现实意义.In order to meet the need of our academy＇ s teaching transformation and promote the talent training quality of early warning command major, this article analyzes the problems and drawbacks existing in the military operation research （MOR） course construction, and then, discusses some measures for the reform of this course construction with respect to the teaching idea, contents, methods and group setting up, which is of practical significance in improving this course construction level.
