摘　　要：从贬谪园林涵义入手,结合海口五公祠、东坡书院两个实例进行分析,总结海南贬谪园林的景观特点。贬谪园林景观在我国园林景观中有着重要的地位和影响,对其进行保护与建设,有利于确立贬谪文化在海南的独特地位,一定程度上激活了传统建筑的复兴与发展,并拉动当地旅游经济。Through researching the definition of relegation gardens, combining with the analysis of the Five Ancestral Temple in Haikou and Dongpo Academy, this paper concludes characters of relegation gardens in Hainan. Relegation gardens have important landscape status and influence in our country. Protecting and constructing the relegation gardens are good for establishing the unique position of relegation culture in Hainan. To a certain extent, protecting relegation gardens can activate the revival and development of traditional architecture, and give an impetus to the local tourism and economy as well. In the end, it proposes significance of protecting and constructing the relegation gardens in order to provide a reference for heritage of Hainan history and culture.
