摘 要:采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计分析等研究方法,对大学生体育锻炼行为不同阶段动态变化进行了实证研究。结果表明:(1)锻炼效能、身体效能、锻炼水平、动机水平等8方面对大学生体育锻炼行为有一定预测价值;(2)锻炼水平、锻炼动机和价值判断可有效预测与解释前意向阶段→意向阶段体育锻炼行为的动态变化。锻炼水平、家庭环境、身体效能和价值判断可有效预测与解释意向阶段→行动阶段体育锻炼行为的动态变化。锻炼水平、体育课程和价值判断可有效预测与解释行动阶段→坚持阶段体育锻炼行为的动态变化;(3)体育锻炼效果认知对大学生体育锻炼行为不同阶段转变有一定促进作用。旨在促进大学生更好地参加体育锻炼,增强"终身体育"的意识,为高校体育教学改革提供实践参考。This study used questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistical analysis and other research methods, for college students to study on the dynamic change of physical exercise behavior at different stages. The results : ( 1 ) The level of exercise performance, physical performance, and motivation level 8 aspects, such as different stages on college students' exercise behavior has certain prediction value ; (2) Level of exercise, exercise motive and value judgment before can effectively predict and explain the intention and the dynamic change of physical exercise behavior intention stage, exercise level, family environment, physical performance and value judgment can effectively predict and explain the intention and the action phase of the dynamic changes of the physical exercise behavior, exercise levels, sports curriculum and value judgment can effectively predict and explain the action stage, insist on the dynamic changes of the physical exercise behavior; (3) The effect of physical exercise cognitive evaluation on college students' physical exercise behavior of different phase shift has a role in promoting. This thesis aimed at promoting college students better take part in physical exercise, enhancing the consciousness of "life- time sports", providing practical reference for the reform of colleges and universities sports teaching.
