摘　　要：高职学生的就业问题是关系到高职院校生存与发展的重要问题,如何让高职学生顺利步入职场,完成从学生角色到职业角色的转换,进而开启美好的职业生涯是高职管理者必须下功夫研究的问题。在此期间,明确实习生、职业过渡的概念、探索职业过渡过程中出现的问题和相应的解决策略,对引导和帮助实习生顺利完成职业过渡有着重要的意义。Higher Vocational Students＇ employment problem is an important issue, which related to the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. How to make higher vocational students to enter the workplace smoothly, to complete the conversion from the role of students to the professional role, and then open a better ca- reer is the problem of higher vocational management must be studied. During this period, it is very important to clarify the concept of the intern, career transition, explore the problems in the process of career transition and the corresponding solutions, and it is of great significance to guide and help interns successfully completed the career transition.
