地方农业院校服务现代农业发展的实践与探索——以安徽农业大学为例  

Practice and Research on Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities Serving for Modern Agriculture Development: a Case Study of Anhui Agricultural University

摘　　要：加快补齐农业农村短板,是全面建成小康社会的重点难点。地方农业院校要主动适应现代农业发展的新变革和新要求,不断优化服务路径,提升引领农业发展的能力与水平。安徽农业大学坚持走育人兴校、富民强农、校地协同的"大别山道路",发挥农业人才培养基地、创新高地、成果源头的作用,打造现代农业经营主体、科技创新主体和技术推广服务主体,实现了办学水平和社会服务能力的同步提升。实践证明,地方农业院校要在人才培养体系上做文章,在科技创新体系上下功夫,在科技推广体系上求实效,在服务"三农"的办学体制机制上探新路,才能更好地为服务现代农业发展提供强有力的人才支持和智力支撑。To speed up making upfor the shortcoming of the agriculture and rural areas is a key and difficult part for building a comprehensive well-off society. Local agricultural colleges and universities should take the initiative to adapt to the new changes and new requirements of the modern agriculture development,gradually optimize service methods,and enhance the ability and level of their technical leadership and guidance in the regional agricultural development. Anhui Agricultural University（ AAU） insists on the ＂Dabieshan Road＂Project of educating people and developing university,enriching local people and strengthening agriculture,with the collaboration of university and local areas. The AAU plays a role of cultivation base of agriculture talents,innovation base,and achievement source. It has built up three bodies on agriculture management,science and technology innovation,and technology extension service,and achieved a synchronous improvement of the level of education and social service ability. Practice has proved that local agricultural colleges and universities should make an issue of the talent education system,work hard on science and technology innovation system,pursue practical effects on science and technology extension system,and open a road for school operation mechanism of serving for agriculture,countryside and peasants. In this way,it can provide a better talent and intellectual support for the development of modern agriculture.
