赣州市4~9岁儿童视力现状分析与防治对策

摘　　要：目的了解赣州市4~9岁儿童视力现状,为政府制定防盲治盲措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样原则,在全市18个县（区、市）抽取部分幼儿园和小学,并采用统一标准对4~9岁儿童开展裸眼视力、眼位、眼睑、角膜检查。结果视力达标331 275人、占89.74%,视力异常37 859人、视力异常检出率10.26%;4~6岁、7~9岁儿童视力异常检出率分别为11.93%、9.07%,差异有统计学意义（2=797.537,P〈0.05）;视力异常者中,屈光不正、斜视、倒睫、上睑下垂、其他（如沙眼、结膜炎等）分别占84.67%、10.53%、1.82%、1.01%、1.97%。结论赣州市4~9岁儿童视力不良率呈低龄化发展趋势,6岁前儿童是防盲治盲的重点对象;屈光不正是造成儿童视力异常的主要原因,应将其作为儿童防盲治盲的重点内容。Objective To understand the visual acuity of children aged from 4 to 9 years in Ganzhou city,and to provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate measures for the prevention of blindness. Methods Take the principle of stratified random sampling,in the city’s 18 counties（ districts,cities） to extract part of the kindergarten and primary school,and the use of uniform standards for children aged 4 to 9 years to carry out the naked eye visual acuity,eye position,eyelid,corneal examination. Results Visual standard of 331275 people,accounting for 89. 74%,abnormal visual acuity of37859 people,abnormal detection rate of 10. 26%. 4 ~ 6 years old,7 ~ 9 years old children’s vision abnormal rate 11. 93%,9. 07% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（2= 797. 537,P 〈 0. 05）. In the sight of abnormal,ametropia and strabismus,trichiasis,ptosis and other（ such as trachoma,conjunctivitis） accounted for 84. 67%,10. 53%,1. 82%,1. 01% and 1. 97%. Conclusion The city of Ganzhou from 4 to 9 years old children was bad eyesight development trend of younger age,children under 6 years of age is the focus of prevention of blindness. Ametropia is the main cause of children’s abnormal vision,and will be the key content of the children as the prevention of blindness.
