摘　　要：近年来,全球恶性肿瘤患者的新发病例和死亡病例呈逐年上升趋势。临床上对恶性肿瘤患者的治疗仍多以根治性手术为主。然而,尽管经历手术,仍有一部分患者术后存在肿瘤的转移和复发。非甾体类抗炎药的镇痛作用较强,近年来关于其在围术期是否具有免疫保护和抑制肿瘤转移复发的作用备受关注,现就国内外对该类药物免疫保护和抑制肿瘤转移复发作用的基础和临床研究作简要综述。In recent years,the new cases and deaths of malignant tumor around the world are increasing year by year.The clinical treatment for patients with malignant tumor is still more by radical operation.However,in spite of the operation,there is still a part of the patients with tumor metastasis and recurrence.The role of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the perioperative period used for immune protection and inhibition of tumor metastasis has been attached much attention due to the strong analgesic effects.The basic and clinical researches of its role in immune protection and inhibition of tumor metastasis are reviewed in this paper.
