摘 要:随着我国经济社会体制改革的不断深入,我国劳动立法不断完善,劳动保护机制不断健全。自《劳动合同法》、《劳动争议调解仲裁法》等实施以来,我国劳动者和用人单位双方的法律意识逐步增强,双方利益诉求能力的提高使劳资矛盾日益复杂和突出,劳动争议案件呈逐年上升的态势。工会作为劳动者的"代言人",在协调劳资矛盾、稳定劳动关系中起着重要的"桥梁"作用。因此,为了更好地应对当前复杂的劳资形势,应通过完善制度、推进法律专业人才队伍建设、劳动争议预防机制建设等举措,充分发挥工会参与劳动人事争议调解、仲裁的作用,促进和谐劳动关系的形成。With the development of China's economic and social system reform, our labor legislation continues to be promoted, and the Labor Protection System continues to improve. Since the enforcement of the Labor Contract Law Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, the legal awareness of employers and employees is increasing. All of these make labor conflicts increasingly complex and prominent. So labor dispute cases show an increasing trend. In such case, the labor union, as the "spokesman" of workers, plays an important "bridge" role in coordinating labor conflicts and stabling labor relations. In order to respond to today's complex labor situation, labor union should improve the system, promote the construction of legal professionals and labor dispute prevention mechanism and make full use of labor union in the participation of labor dispute mediation and arbitration in order to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.
