护肝宁片对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能、血脂指标及影像学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护肝宁片对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝功能、血脂及影像学的影响。方法将50例NAFLD患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例予护肝宁片治疗,对照组25例予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,疗程为12周。比较2组治疗前后肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]及肝脏B超显像变化,同时观察不良反应。结果 2组治疗后,ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、TG及肝脏灰阶值均较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在改善ALT、TC及肝脏灰阶值方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护肝宁片治疗NAFLD安全有效,且改善ALT、TC及肝脏灰阶值方面优于多烯磷脂酰胆碱。Objective To observe the effects of Huganning tablets on liver function,serum lipid parameters and iconography in patients with non- alcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）. Methods 50 subjects with NAFLD were randomly divided into two groups. 25 subjects in treatment group were treated by Huganning tablets. 25 subjects in control group were treated by polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules. The course was 12 weeks. The alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（ AST）,gamma- glutamyl transferase（ γ- GT）,total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG） and liver B- ultrasonic before and after treatment were compared in two groups,and the adverse reaction was observed. Results The ALT,AST,γ- GT,TC,TG and liver gray- scale values after treatment were obviously improved in two groups（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. The improvements of ALT,TC and gray- scale values in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Huganning tablets has safe and effective effects on the treatment of NAFLD,with better improvements of ALT,TC and liver gray- scale values than polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.
