摘  要:为研究ERS铺装体系在北方地区钢桥铺装中的适用性,本文以中朝鸭绿江界河公路大桥为工程依托,针对铺装结构中EBCL、RA05和SMA-11关键性材料进行了大量的室内针对性试验研究,同时对施工质量控制要点进行了阐述。试验结果表明:完全固化状态的EBCL胶料25℃时拉拔强度、抗剪强度分别为15.67MPa、5.24MPa;高温70℃的拉拔强度、抗剪强度分别为6.67MPa、2.23MPa,均满足规范要求。RA05混合料的高温稳定性较优良,70℃马歇尔稳定度和车辙动稳定度分别为规范值的1.71倍和3.25倍;其-10℃的破坏应变达到了6982.5με,较规范要求提高了1.49倍。三种铺装材料的性能均符合规范要求,验证了ERS铺装结构具有良好的施工可操作性。ERS铺装体系作为钢桥面铺装材料较其它沥青材料具有较明显性能优势,各结构层功能清晰明确,能较好地满足复杂环境和荷载条件下大跨径钢桥面对铺装结构与材料的要求;施工工艺简单,对环境要求不高,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。In order to study the area, in this paper, taking the border applicability of ERS pavement system for steel bridge pavement in northern bridge of Yalu river as the project background, the key materials EBCL, RAO5,SMA - 11 were targeted study by laboratory" test largely, and the control points of construction quality were expounded as well . The results show that the pulling strength and shearing strength of EBCL under 2 5 ℃ were 15.67MPa,5.24MPa respectively after complete curing, meanwhile, the pulling strength and shearing strength of EBCL under high temperature (70~C) were 6.67MPa,2.23MPa respectively, which were all satisfied with the requirements of specification. The RA05 mixture had excellent high temperature stability, whose marshall stability and dynamic stability under 70℃ were 1.71 times and 3.25 times compared to specification value respectively, in addition, the failure strain under - 10℃ was 6982. 5μg, which was increased by 1. 49 times compared to specification value. The performance of the three kinds of pavement materials could all meet the requirement of the specifications, which verified the operability for construction of ERS pavement system. As the pavement materials for steel bridge, the ERS pavement system has distinct capable advantages compared to asphalt materials. Each structure layer has clear and definite functions, which could meet requirements for pavement structure and material of long - span steel bridge under complicated environment and load conditions ; in addition, it had the advantages of simple construction and operation with low demand of work environmental. The ERS pavement system has remarkable economy benefits and social benefits.
