英国高校就业创业教育的实施效果及其启示

摘　　要：为了应对高等教育"后大众化"阶段所面临的毕业生就业问题,英国政府成立了国家层面的大学毕业生创业促进委员会,并通过建立高等教育创新基金为高校的就业创业教育提供专门经费,对英国大学生创业起到了积极的促进作用,产生了良好的经济和就业回报。但数据也表明,选择创业的毕业生所占比例并不大,院校和专业对毕业生选择创业影响较大。英国高校重视个性化的创业教育、对毕业生进行长期的追踪服务等做法值得中国高校借鉴。In order to response to the challenge of graduate employment issues followed by post-populariza- tion of higher education, the British government introduced a lot of measures, such as setting up the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship, and the Higher Education Innovation Funding, which provide special funds to support entrepreneurship education, producing good economic and employment returns. But the data al- so shows that the proportion of graduates who choose to be entrepreneur is small and to be entrepreneur or not is largely depending on their institutions or subjects. The characteristics of providing entrepreneurship education personally and having long-term tracking service for graduates, by British universities, is worthy of reference for the Chinese universities.
