摘　　要：转型发展的地方本科院校长期以来面临着定位不准、专业设置和课程设计不合理、"双师型"师资严重短缺等诸多问题。从地方本科院校的办学定位、人才培养模式、实践教学、"双师型"师资队伍建设、学校内部管理等方面,探求转型发展的地方本科院校人才培养的新路径。The local colleges or universities with transformation and development have faced some problems for a long time, such as, positioning inaccurate, professional setting and curric ulum design unreasonable, double-certificated teachers serious shortage and so on. This article made an analysis for local universities or colleges from the school running orientation, training mode, practice teaching, the team construction of double-certificated teachers, school internal management and so on, to explore some new path of personnel training in the local colleges or universities with transformation and development.
