摘  要:利用MgO部分稳定的氧化锆管构建固体电解质电池:(+)Pt丝│Pt(air)│ZrO_2(MgO)│Ag+FeO(slag)│Fe丝(-),测定1723K下CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO-FeO五元渣系在不同FeO含量下的开路电位,计算得熔渣中FeO活度的变化,并将实验结果与FactSage热力学软件及正规离子溶液模型的理论计算值进行对比。结果表明,当外侧电极参考气氛由Ar气变为空气时,电池的开路电位发生明显的骤变,且稳定开路电位随熔渣中FeO含量的升高而降低,其对应的FeO活度则随之增加;FeO活度测定结果介于FactSage热力学软件和正规离子溶液模型的理论计算值之间,表明采用本文构建的新电池装置测定熔渣中FeO活度是可行的。A solid electrolyte cell was constructed by using MgO-partially stabilized zirconia tube:(+)Pt wire│Pt(air)│ZrO2(MgO)│Ag+FeO(slag)│Fe wire(-).The open circuit potentials of cells containing CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FeO molten slag with different FeO contents were measured at1723 Kand the corresponding variation of FeO activity was calculated.The measured values were compared with the theoretic ones calculated from the thermodynamic software FactSage and regular ion solution model.The results show that the open circuit potential exhibits sudden change when the outer electrode atmosphere was switched from Ar to air.The stable open circuit potential decreases with the increase of the FeO content in the molten slag,while the corresponding FeO activity increases.The measured results of FeO activity are between the theoretic values from the thermodynamic software FactSage and the regular ion solution model,which indicates that it is feasible to use the novel solid electrolyte cell constructed in this work to determine the activity of FeO in the molten slag.
