摘 要:目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中肿瘤周围多点注射卡纳琳(微粒子活性炭)对≤5mm 淋巴结(微小淋巴结)清扫的临床意义.方法 50 例患者术前空芯针穿刺活检证实为乳腺癌,随机分为2 组,25 例术前24 小时肿瘤周围注射微粒子活性炭后行乳腺癌改良根治术(实验组),25 例行常规乳腺癌改良根治术(对照组),对切除微小淋巴结的数量及阳性微小淋巴结的数量进行对比.结果 实验组与对照组平均每例清扫微小淋巴结(23.6±4.61)、(14.6±5.16),p﹤0.05.实验组与对照组平均每例清扫阳性微小淋巴结(5.8±1.49)、(2.89±1.66),p﹤0.05.结论 乳腺癌改良根治术中肿瘤周围多点注射微粒子活性炭不仅可以清除更多微小淋巴结,而且可以清除更多转移的阳性微小淋巴结,从而提高了根治程度,并对患者术后病理分期及术后综合治疗起到重要指导作用.Objective To evalute the clinical applied value of actived canbon nanoparticles to guide breast cancer tiny lymphadenectomy. Methods50 with breast cancer were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into two groups. Actived carbon particle was injected locally to guide the regionallymph nodes disscction in 25 cases as labelling group ,and the traditional method was perfomed in 25 cases as control group .Numbers of dissected lymph nodeswere compared between two groups. Results The average number of eliminated small lymph nodes in the lablling group was dramaticly (p〈0.05)more than thatin the control group; There was a significant difference between the lambleing group and the controu group in the small ambulant lymph nodes (p〈0.05).Conclusions Actived carbon injected locally can eliminate not only more small lymph nodes but also more small ambulant lymph nodes.
