摘　　要：目的:探究肺癌组织中转录因子E2F-1的表达及意义.方法:选取62例肺癌组织作为观察组,10例正常组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测各组织中E2F-1的表达情况.结果:E2F-1在观察组中的阳性表达率为67.74%,高于对照组的10.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且E2F-1的表达随着肿瘤分期的升高而增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肺癌组织中E2F-1的高表达可作为肿瘤浸润程度的标记物,对肺癌的发生发展起着重要作用.AIM：To investigate the expression and significance of transcription factor E2F-1 in the pathogenesis of lung cancer. METHODS：A total of 62 cases of lung cancer were selected as the observation group and 10 cases of normal tissue as the control group. The expression of E2F-1 was detected by immunohisto-chemical method. RESULTS： The rate of positive expression of E2F-1 in observation group was 67. 74%, which was higher than 10.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of E2F-1 increased with tumor staging increasing, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The high expression of E2F-1 can be used as a marker of tumor invasion in lung cancer tissues, which plays an important role in the development of lung cancer.
