秀山县矿产资源可持续发展评价及对策

摘　　要：在分析秀山县矿产资源开发利用现状的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)对矿产资源可持续发展进行指标分层,确定各指标的权重,进而用均值比较法对秀山县矿产资源可持续发展各指标进行数据定量纠正,用综合加权求和法得出秀山县可持续发展值为0.66.这表明,秀山县矿产资源处于可持续发展一般阶段.针对秀山县矿产资源可持续发展存在的问题,提出了一系列对策.In consideration of abundant mineral resources in Xiushan County,this paper,based on a full analysis of exploitation and utilization status of mineral resources, applies Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to layer indexes and determines the weight of each index. Then,with the application of an averaging comparison method to quantitatively correct the indexes of sustainable mineral resource development in Xiushan County and a comprehensive weighted sum method as well,the sustainable development value of Xiushan County is shown to be 0. 66, which suggests that Xiushan county is in the medium ability of sustainable development stage. Finally, according to the evaluation result, the suggestions and countermeasures of sustainable mineral resource development of Xiushan County have been put forward.
