西部民族地区地方高校专业综合改革的探索与实践——以吉首大学为例

摘　　要：教育部在全国高校实施的专业综合改革试点是本科教学工程的重要建设内容,作为西部民族地区地方高校应该很好地把握这次专业建设的机遇,在实施专业综合改革试点相关工作时,理清西部民族地区地方高校与其他地区高校在专业建设的共性与个性,在"专业综合改革试点"建设原则的指导下,考虑西部民族地区地方高校所处区域经济、社会发展的需求,以高校的办学特色和人才培养定位为主导,以满足社会需求和学生全面发展为着力点,制定符合这一地区高校专业综合改革的计划和实施项目.The Comprehensive Reform of Instructional Programs enforced by the Ministry of Education is one of the most important projects of undergraduate education and it is a precious opportunity for the universities in west minority areas. In the course of the Comprehensive Reform of Instructional Programs, it is essential to find the similarities and differences in the aspect of discipline construction between universities in west minority areas and other areas. To formulate projects appropriate to the development of universities in the west areas under the guidance of the principles of the Comprehensive Reform of In structional Programs, the specific economic conditions of the minority areas should he considered, the characteristics of schooling and talent cultivation should be prioritized; furthermore, the demands of the society and the all-round development of students should be emphasized.
