核心企业主导的创新生态系统新能力开发:一个嵌入式单案例研究的发现

摘　　要：如何促进自身以及其它合作主体新能力开发,间接促进整个创新生态系统能力提升,是创新生态系统中核心企业关注的关键问题。以A机车及以其为核心的创新生态系统为对象,运用嵌入式案例研究方法,研究了核心企业主导的创新生态系统新能力开发过程。结果显示,核心企业主导的创新生态系统新能力开发是一个跨边界动态过程,包含了能力差距清晰、能力开发与演化阶段以及能力制度化3个阶段。其中,在能力差距清晰阶段,各合作主体与客户在核心企业的主导下,跨越认知边界;在能力开发与演化阶段,核心企业与各合作方协作创新,共同跨越认知、社会和治理边界;在能力制度化阶段,核心企业承担起知识集成与知识中介的任务,为各创新主体间认知边界与治理边界的跨越提供支撑,最终促进整个创新生态系统新能力开发。How to promote the development of new capability of focal company and cooperation unities, then to promote the new capability of innovation ecosystem,is an important issue for focal company. Based on A motorcycle enterprises and its innovation ecosystem, this study used nested single case study method to explore the development process of new capability of innovation ecosystem. Then this study found, the development process is a dynamic boundary--crossing process, which involves three phases, namely capability gap articulation, capability gap articulation and capability institutionalization. In the capability gap articulation phase, other cooperation unities and customers need to cross the cognitive boundary, leaded by the focal company. In the second phase, in order to cross cognitive boundary, social boundary and governance boundary, focal company must to cooperate with other cooperation unities. At last, focal company needs to take the responsibility of knowledge integration and provide support for others to cross cognitive boundary and governance boundary. Finally, the whole innovation ecosystem can develop its new capability, through crossing different boundaries in different phases.
