摘 要:帕金森患者的行走过程是艰难的,假设人的行走状态会因患该疾病而发生改变,步与步之间的波动水平可能会有所提高,同时帕金森患者的步态规律也会被改变.为了验证这一假设,我们采用了相关平衡扩散熵方法对帕金森患者和健康人的步态的赫斯特指数进行对比,发现大部分帕金森患者的步态和健康人一样存在记忆性,只是偶尔的震颤才使得步态序列的分形结构发生改变.所以我们认为帕金森患者在正常情况下是和健康人没有显著区别的,真正的发病就是那些震颤发生的时候.我们觉得通过对步态(尤其是震颤的频率)的监测或许能够对帕金森患者的疾病监控、治疗效果做出较好判断.Patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) can walk hardly, we suppose that PD can alter the walking situation of people, the fluctuation magnitude of stride by stride may be improved, meanwhile, the gait rhythm of patients with PD will be changed as well. For testing this hypothesis, we adopted the method of correlation --dependent balanced estimation of diffusion entropy (cBEDE) to compare the hurst index of PD patients and healthy people, and we found that the gait of most PD patients have its memorability, just like that of healthy people, the fractal structure of gait time series was changed attribute to tremble happened occasionally. So we deem that there is no significant difference between PD patients and healthy people generally, tremble is the signal while PD attacking patients. We think that monitoring the gait (esp. the frequency of tremble) may pro- vide a better judgement for monitoring and controlling of PD, and therapeutic effect.
