摘 要:三阴性乳腺癌是指临床上雌激素受体、孕激素受体及人表皮生长因子受体2均呈现阴性的特殊类型乳腺癌,相对于其他类型乳腺癌具有较高的恶性程度和转移复发率。目前为止,针对三阴性乳腺癌仍然缺少有效的治疗手段。传统的治疗方案缺少特异性,往往导致严重的不良反应。随着纳米技术的进步,越来越多的纳米分子材料应用到三阴性乳腺癌的治疗中,显著提高治疗效果并有效降低不良反应。本文综述了近几年来纳米制剂用于三阴性乳腺癌的治疗研究进展。Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is characterized by the absence of the estrogen receptor,the progesterone receptor, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2. TNBC is an aggressive malignomcy with a poor prognosis due to a higher rate of recurrence and distant metastasis compared to other types of breast cancer. Until now, no standard- of- care therapy has been recommended for patients with TNBC, while traditional treatment regimens of TNBC are always with low specificity and severe side effects. With the development of nanotechnology, many nanoparticles are involved in the treatment of TNBC and afford an efficient approach to overcome these defects. This review discussed the recent research progress in TNBC therapy with nanoparticles.
