摘 要:通过添加不同比例铁对镍基催化剂进行改性制备得到Fe-Ni/Al_2O_3(FNA)催化剂,在鼓泡流化床上完成焦油模型化合物(甲苯)水蒸气催化重整性能实验,并对反应前后催化剂进行XRD、TPR、BET、XPS和TPO-MS等表征。结果表明:添加铁能够显著提高镍基催化剂催化活性,并有效抑制积碳的生成。F2N1A催化剂(铁镍摩尔比为2)相同条件下甲苯转化率达到90.2%,而未添加助剂的NA催化剂只有44.7%。相应积碳减少了40%左右,其中石墨型等难去除积碳只有NA催化剂的1/3。镍铁合金是Fe-Ni/Al_2O_3催化剂的活性组分,甲苯反应过程中合金中的铁容易被氧化,为镍颗粒表面提供充足的氧。The catalytic performance of Fe modified Ni/Al_2O_3(labeled as FNA) catalyst were investigated at 700° in a bubbling fluidized bed for toluene steam reforming which acts as a main biomass tar model compound.XRD,TPR,BET,XPS,TPO-MS et al methods were used to characterize thecatalysts.The results indicated that the addition of Fe could remarkably promote the reforming of toluene and suppress the formation of deposited coke.The toluene conversion of F2N1A(Fe:Ni=2) reached to 90.2%,corresponding only 44.7%of NA(Ni/Al_2O_3).Compared to NA,the amount of deposited coke on F2N1 A decreased almost 40%,while the graphitic carbon was only one third of NA.Nickel-iron alloy was the active component of FNA.The Fe in alloy was easilyoxidized by steam,and could supply more oxygen species to nickel atoms.
