摘　　要：目的探讨人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2/neu)和环氧合酶2(COX-2)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取手术切除并经病理证实的胃癌存档腊块42例,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌及癌旁组织中HER-2/neu和COX-2的表达水平,分析其阳性表达与临床病理的关系。结果 42例中,胃癌组织HER-2/neu阳性表达率为23.8%,癌旁组织未见HER-2/neu表达;胃癌组织COX-2阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(59.5%vs.9.5%)(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中HER-2/neu和COX-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.33,P<0.05)。HER-2/neu和COX-2的阳性表达与胃癌浸润程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 HER-2/neu和COX-2在胃癌组织中的高表达与胃癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2（HER-2/neu）and cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2）in gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods The expressions of HER-2/neu and COX-2were detected by immunohistochemistry in 42 cases of gastric cancer and tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The correlation of the expressions and clinicopathologic characteristic was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of HER-2/neu was23.8%in gastric carcinoma,which was zero in tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The positive expression rate of COX-2was higher in gastric carcinoma than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues（59.5% vs.9.5%）（P〈0.01）.The positive expression rate of HER-2/neu was positively correlated with that of COX-2in gastric carcinoma（r=0.33,P〈0.05）.The expressions of HER-2/neu and COX-2 were closely related to the depth of invasion,clinical staging and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High expressions of HER-2/neu and COX-2 are significantly correlated with the development,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
