摘  要:为了减小和消除组合合页式扑翼在张开和闭合过程中产生的振动与冲击现象,通过联合求解合页式扑翼在转动过程中的动力学和三维Navier-Stokes方程,仿真了叶片的张开和闭合过程;在此基础上对扑翼在水平和竖直方向的惯性力进行了计算,分析了惯性力随时间的变化规律以及双向转动扭簧刚度的影响,获得了扑翼在该过程中的力学特性。结果表明在叶片连接处安装双向转动扭簧可以有效减小其在张开和闭合过程产生的惯性力。研究结果为减小和消除组合扑翼在改变运动方向时产生的振动与冲击现象提供了理论指导,同时也为提高推进装置的稳定性研究奠定基础。In order to remove vibration and impact phenomena of the modular hinge - type wings during the phase of opening and closure, the dynamical equation and three - dimensional Navier - Stokes equations are solved to acquire the course of opening and closure of the hinge - type wings. And on this basis the inertia force of the hinge - type wings in vertical and horizontal direction are calculated, the rules of inertia force with time and the stiffness of torsion spring in double directions on it are analyzed, and the mechanical properties are obtained. The results indi- cate that it is valid to fix a torsion spring in double directions on the hinge -type wing, which can provide theoretical guidance on optimizing the structure design and removing vibration and impact phenomena, and can also lay a foun- dation for the research on stability of the propelling machinery.
