摘 要:针对起重机节能研究问题,结合起重机的系统特性与起重作业的典型工况特点,提出一种混合动力的起重机能量回收系统。为了进一步分析和评价回收系统的能效特性,在分析系统主要元件数学模型的基础上,在AMESim环境中对混合动力起重机能量回收系统从能量流和能量损失两个方面进行仿真分析,结果表明系统能量可回收率为43.1%。为了验证仿真结果,以某型25吨级越野式轮胎起重机为对象,建立混合动力起重机能量回收系统试验平台,并对系统进行试验研究,试验表明,在典型的起重工况下,相比于同吨位普通机型,能量回收系统实现了28.3%的能量回收率。In order to save energy, an energy recovery system for hybrid power crane is put forward, which combines system characteristics of crane with the typical working conditions of lifting operation. In order to further analyze and evaluate energetic efficiency, the mathematical model of the main components of the system is analyzed, the energy recovery system of hybrid - power is simulated and analyzed for energy flow and energy loss through AMESim, the result shows that the recovery energy rate of the system is 43.1%. In order to verify the simulation result, a 25 ton scale off- road tire crane is taken as an experimental object, and the test platform of energy recovery system for hybrid power crane is established. Simulation and experiment show that, in typical heavy condition, compared to the ordinary system with same tonnage, the energy recovery rate of the energy recovery system is 28. 3%.
