摘 要:研究电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)换挡过程过程优化,可减少油耗。由于换挡为加速或减速的动态过程,非线性程度高,时变性强,而传统换挡规律难以正确反映驾驶员意图,易造成频繁换挡和循环换挡,影响汽车燃油经济性的问题,提出一种采用动态规划的优化算法。以整个循环工况内汽车燃油消耗最小为优化目标,发动机转速和变速器挡位作为状态变量,利用动态规划算法制定换挡规律,运用CRUISE软件建立AMT整车仿真模型,在UDC城市循环工况下进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,动态规划算法的换挡规律发动机转速波动减小,换挡频率明显降低,汽车燃油经济性有明显提高,验证了优化算法的准确性与合理性。为换挡规律的研究提供了一种新的思路。The shift process of automated mechanical transmission (AMT) is a dynamic process of acceleration and deceleration with highly nonlinear and time - varying caricteristics, traditional shifting schedule is difficult to reflect the driver's intentions, which may cause frequent shift and cyclic shift, affect the vehicle's fuel economy. For this reason, a dynamic programming algorithm for AMT shifting schedule is proposed. By taking the minimum driving cycle of vehicle's fuel economy as the objective function, the engine speed and the transmission gears as state variables, the AMT vehicle simulation model is established by using CRUISE software, according to city driving cycles (UDC) simulation. The simulation results show that the shifting schedule based on dynamic programming algorithm can reduce the engine speed fluctuation, and increase the shift frequency and vehicle's fuel economy significantly, which verifies the accuracy and rationality of optimization algorithm, and provides a new train of thought for the research of shifting schedule.
