摘 要:采用膨胀石墨(EG)、聚磷酸铵(APP)和Mg(OH)2对软质聚氨酯泡沫(FPUF)进行阻燃处理,并对其力学性能进行了研究。利用氧指数和锥形量热方法研究了不同阻燃剂配比对FPUF的阻燃抑烟性能的影响,通过扫描电镜研究了FPUF燃烧后残炭的微观形貌和阻燃机理。结果表明:当APP/EG/Mg(OH)2质量比为2:1:1时,阻燃效果最佳,其中APP/EG阻燃性较好,而Mg(OH)2能有效地抑制烟和CO的释放,三者复配具有很好的阻燃抑烟效果,可使FPUF的氧指数达到27.1%以上,且生烟量低。By using expanded graphite(EG), ammonium phosphate(APP) and Mg(OH)2 to treat the flame retardant of flexible polyurethane foam(FPUF), and the mechanical properties were also studied. The effects of different flame retardants on the performance of flame retardant and smoke suppression of FPUF were studied by using oxygen index and cone calorimeter method, and the microstructure and flame retardant mechanism of residual carbon after FPUF combustion were studied by scanning electron microscope. The results show that when the mass ratio of APP/EG/Mg(OH)2 is 2:1:1, the flame retardancy of APP/EG is better, and Mg(OH)2 can effectively inhibit the release of smoke and CO; the combination of EG, APP and Mg(OH)2 has a very good effect on flame retardant and smoke suppression, and the LOI of FPUF can reach to 27.1% and the smoke production is low.
