急性脑梗死与血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2）水平与脑梗死患者患者神经功能缺损程度和脑梗死体积之间的关系。方法选用2012年1月~2014年4月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者108例作为研究组和97例体检健康者作为对照组,使用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血浆中Lp-PLA2的浓度。计算脑梗死体积和对神经功能缺损程度评估。结果脑梗死体积与血浆中Lp-PLA2浓度呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Lp-PLA2与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;急性脑梗死组血浆Lp-PLA2明显高于健康组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血浆Lp-PLA2浓度身高与神经功能缺损程度以及脑梗死体积有关。Objective To discuss the relationship between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2（ Lp-PLA2） and cerebral infarction patients with nerve function defect degree and the volume of cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 108 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction from 2012. January to2014. April as study group and 97 cases of healthy persons as control group,plasma Lp-PLA2 used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） detection concentration. Calculation of the volume of cerebral infarction and the degree of neural function defect assessment. Results The plasma concentration of Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with cerebral infarction volume,there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with neural function defect degree,there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; LpPLA2 concentration was higher in study group than control group. Conclusion The plasma concentration of Lp-PLA2 had related with degree of nervous functional defect and the volume of infarction.
