摘  要:本研究根据加德纳多元智能理论中人际交往智能的维度进行能力分类,来衡量学生小组合作学习的效果。调查研究表明,小组合作学习效果在人际交往智能各维度上差异较大,效果最佳的是人际联系能力,其次是组织策划能力。在小组合作学习效果的影响因素中,不同学习动机的学生学习效果存在显著差异。学生参与小组合作学习的积极性与学习效果呈正相关,且差异较大。学生在小组中担任角色与学习效果也存在差异。This paper based on the theory of Gardner'Interpersonal Intelligence among Multiple intelligence theory for ability classification, this study measure students ' learning effect of cooperative learning in groups. The study shows that the effect of group cooperative learning is different in each dimension of interpersonal intelligence,the best ability is the interpersonal contact ability and the second is the organizational planning ability. In the related factors of cooperative learning in groups,different learning motivation of students' learning effects exist significant difference. The enthusiasm of students to participate in the cooperative learning and learning effect were positively correlated and quite different. At the same time,the students' role and learning effect is different.
