摘　　要：大学生就业问题是我国重要的民生问题,随着社会的发展以及人们对教育要求的不断提高,人们对就业率的关注已经转向对毕业生就业质量的关注。国内外已有一些对高校毕业生就业质量评价的相关研究,这些评价指标多以大学毕业生满意度为视角,存在着一些问题,例如对高校毕业生就业质量评价概念与内涵不清晰,就业质量标准不规范等。通过对国内外高校毕业生就业质量研究进行述评,明确高校毕业生就业质量评价的内涵及存在的问题,并提出四维主体的高校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系。The problem of college graduates＇ employment is an important livelihood issue. With the development of society and the promotion of need to the education from persons,all the persons pay more attention to employment quality than employment rates. Nowadays there are some researches related to the employment quality of college graduates,but these researches are aimed at graduates＇ satisfaction,and there are some problems on these researches,such as the evaluation concept of college graduates ＇employment quality is not clear,quality standard is not regular. Though reviewing the relative researches of college graduates＇ employment quality at home and abroad,definite the connotation of employment quality evaluation and currently problem,put forward four-dimension evaluating indicator system of college graduates＇ employment quality.
