摘 要:目的 了解复治肺结核合并糖尿病患者红细胞中GLUT1表达水平及患者耐药情况,为临床防治提供依据.方法 随机选取我院门诊和北京胸科医院收治入院的50例复治肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为研究组,另外选取50例单纯复治肺结核患者作为对照组.应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测患者红细胞中GLUT1 mRNA表达,通过与内参基因Ct值之间的相差来计算基因表达差异,并对患者进行耐药检测.结果研究组GLUT1 mRNA表达水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).研究组随着血糖升高,GLUT1 mRNA表达增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).研究组耐药率68%,高于对照组耐药率58%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.073,P=0.3004).结论 肺结核合并糖尿病患者红细胞GLUT1 mRNA表达增加,并且患者空腹血糖越高,GLUT1 mRNA表达水平越高.Objective To understand GLUT1 mRNA level and anti-tuberculosis drug resistance among pul-monary tuberculosis patients with diabetes. Methods 50 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes in our hospi-tal were randomly select for investigation. Another 50 patients with only pulmonary tuberculosis were taken as the controls. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect GLUT1 mRNA level in both groups. Also, anti-tuberculosis drug re-sistance test was performed among them. Results The drug resistance rate was 68% in the study group and 58% in the control group P〉0. 05). GLUT1 mRNA level was higher in the study group than in the control group (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion Both GLUT1 mRNA level and drug resistance rate are higher in TB patients with diabetes than in patients with only pulmonary tuberculosis, and GLUT1 mRNA level increases with elevated fasting blood glucose levels.
