开放教育强化“互联网+”创业型农民信息技术技能教育的探索

摘　　要：开放教育服务"互联网+"人才培养是时代赋予的重任。强化"一村一"职业型农民大学生信息技能培育,助推"互联网+农业+电商"的创新创业,无疑是开放教育内涵建设的一个新亮点。文章结合湖州电大教学改革实践,阐述了"互联网+农业+电商"创业人才培养的可能性与可行性,给出了相关对策建议。As for the open education, it undertakes an important task of era to serve the talent training of ＂Internet plus＂. It is a new bright spot of the connotation construction of the open education to strengthen the information ability development of ＂one professional farmer college student in one village＂ and to booster entrepreneurship of ＂Intemet, agriculture, electronic business＂. Based on the teaching reform practice from Huzhou Radio and TV University, this paper expounds the possibilities of training entrepreneurial talents of ＂Intemet, agriculture, electronic business＂ and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
